QubicBot License Key Issues

Sometimes, users may not receive their license key after sending L$1490 to QubicBot Resident or messaging it with the phrase "Free trial" (without quotes). This issue is typically caused by the bot unexpectedly going offline.

If this happens, here's what you need to do:

For Users Who Paid for a License Key:

• Provide Transaction Details: Please send us the transaction details from your Second Life account. You can find this information at Second Life Transactions.
  • You can send us the transaction details directly via ticket

For Users Who Requested a Trial Key:

• If you were trying to get a trial key and didn’t receive it, please reach out to us. We’ll look into the issue and help resolve it.
